Culturally Appropriate Counselling Department

We believe that children, youth, individuals and families should have the opportunity to address any personal challenges that may have a significant impact on their lives. Our Culturally Appropriate Counselling program ensures that the varying values, beliefs and cultural backgrounds of our clients are acknowledged and respected.

Our services are provided within a supportive environment where clients can develop the necessary tools to build and reinforce positive self-esteem, self-confidence and independence.

Office Hours:

Monday and Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 9am - 4:30pm
